За да бъдат приети върнатите продукти е нужно да не са носени, намачкани, изцапани, прани и да са в оригиналната си опаковка.

Срокът за връщане на продукт е 1 месец, като в 14 дневен срок от датата на получаване на поръчката вие трябва да заявите неговото връщане. 

Сумата ще бъде възстановена в рамките на 15 работни дни след получаването на върнатите продукти като наложен платеж или по банков път.

Доставката се поема от купувача, освен ако причината за връщане или замяна не е грешка, направена от мен.

Returns

I hope you never need this information but in life, things happen, and I will do what I can to make it right. 

We take full responsibility over our products. Therefore we offer our clients 100% return warranty. If by any reason you're not pleased with the product you can send it to return in 1 month. 

If your items are materially flawed, or defective in any way, please contact me at sv.minkova@gmail.com within 14 days from receipt of merchandise and I will be happy to arrange for a return or exchange. Please provide your order number with all correspondence. 

Shipping charges for products returned: All shipping charges for returning products to us must be paid by the returnee. We do not reimburse shipping charges. If you are shipping an item over €25, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. 

When will i receive the refund after a return?

We issue a refund using the same payment method you used when placing your order. Your money will be refunded within 3-15 working days depending on your payment methods policy.

To return your items:
Contact Customer Support at sv.minkova@gmail.com to obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. Please indicate if you want a replacement or a refund. To return your product, you should mail it to: g.k. Goce Delchev 40, apt 1, 1404, Sofia, Bulgaria.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and in re-sellable condition. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. All returns are at the cost of the buyer.
