Georgi Kaloyanchev remains one of the most beloved faces of Bulgarian theatre and cinema — an actor who could make people laugh, move them and stay with them long after the scene was over.

Why I drew him
Because there was always something profoundly human about Georgi Kaloyanchev.
Behind the humour, behind the talent, behind the unforgettable roles, there was warmth. The kind that reaches people easily and stays with them.
